Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During sale events or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email if there is any delay.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer the following shipping options within India:
- Standard Delivery — 3–6 business days from dispatch.
- Express Delivery — 1–2 business days from dispatch (available in select cities).
Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by destination:
- Asia / Middle East — 5–10 business days
- Europe — 7–12 business days
- North America — 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand — 7–12 business days
- Rest of World — 8–20 business days
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, customs clearance, or local holidays in your country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, chosen service, and order weight. Occasionally we offer complimentary shipping promotions — any available offers will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect these fees at checkout unless required by the destination country. Please check local customs policies for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use that link to follow your package until it reaches your address. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of receiving a shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Care.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you with options for redelivery or refund. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. If you do not respond within 14 days of our notification, your order may be cancelled and refunded minus any shipping costs.
Delays & Service Interruptions
Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to carrier issues, extreme weather, strikes, or customs inspections. We work closely with our carriers to resolve delays quickly and will update you as soon as we have information. Please contact Customer Care if you experience an extended delay.
Delivery Address & Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address once an order has been processed. If you need to change your address, contact Customer Care immediately and we will try to assist, but changes are not always possible.
