Final Sale & Hygiene Policy
All Cindy Scelci products are classified as intimate apparel.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all purchases are final once delivered.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This policy applies to all items, including full-price styles, limited releases, and promotional purchases, except where required by applicable U.S. consumer laws.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only, provided the order has not entered processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to our Digital Concierge at
support@cindyscelci.com within the allowed timeframe.
Sale & Promotional Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, alterations, or credits will be issued.
